Service Rates
$75.00 per hour
up to eight hours per day, Monday through Friday.
$112.50 per hour Saturdays, and Monday through Friday
after 8 hours.
$40.00 per hour travel time.
$150.00 per hour Sundays and holidays.
All travel and living expenses such as airfare, car rental, lodging and
meals will be billed at actual cost.
